Eklund out of the “loop”…surprised?

This was from Eklunds forum yesterday, Thursday @ 3:51 PM ET, where a member asked the following question regarding Tyler Bozak:

Hey Ek anything on Tyler Bozak yet Bob Mckenzie said on TSN that it could be done today and said the Leafs were leading the pack any word?

I hear they are in on it, but I would not call them the favorite at all. I also think it will take longer to get done than everyone is saying. I am tracking it for sure

Well, the leafs were in fact the front runners as they did indeed sign Bozak and it did not take longer than people were saying, it was done less than 18 hours after Eklunds post……lol
